In 2014, I left the UK and moved to Spain. It was a big step, and I had no idea what the future would bring. I became a migrant entrepreneur, trying to start a business in a new country with no support, no guidance, and no familiar faces around me. The journey was lonely and isolating. It wasn't an easy choice, but courage doesn't ask for comfort—it simply calls for faith. Something deep inside told me to keep pushing forward.Through hard work and perseverance, my business began to grow. Every obstacle I faced taught me something new, and every small win gave me the strength to continue. Eventually, I found success. But success wasn't just about making money. I realized that my true purpose was to help others. People who, like me, had left their homes to follow a dream in a foreign land. I knew how hard it was to succeed without help, so I made it my mission to share the lessons I had learned along the way. I wanted to be the support that I had once needed.Over time, I became a Professor of Business in Spain, sharing my wisdom with eager minds. Africa, too, called to me, and I answered, teaching across continents, bridging cultures, and opening doors that had once seemed closed. I wanted to reach as many entrepreneurs as possible and help them turn their dreams into reality, no matter where they were from.
Now, I have created the Global Summers Foundation, a comprehensive academy where migrant entrepreneurs can find the support and guidance they need. It is a light for entrepreneurs, scattered across the world but bound by a shared dream. The Foundation offers not just knowledge, but understanding. Not just resources, but community. It is a place where the isolated find connection and where the lonely discover hope. This is not just my story. It's the story of anyone who has left their home and struggled to find their way. My mission is clear, to empower others to succeed and when we succeed, we must lift others up too…That's why the Foundation is a charity, this will help to support all entrepreneurs in need.Together, we can build something greater—because success is not just about achieving your own dreams, but about helping others achieve theirs.

I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. One of my earliest memories is from 1989, when my family had to sleep on the floor of our apartment to avoid the risk of tear gas or stray bullets during violent uprisings - a situation that became a constant after Chávez's coup attempt in 1992. Despite these challenges, I completed high school at 17 and enrolled in law school, earning my law degree by the age of 21. By the age of 20, I began working at a law firm in Caracas. In 2003, during the national oil company strike in Venezuela, I decided to emigrate in search of better opportunities. In 2006, I received an offer to work for a Hong Kong-based company, providing legal services remotely. That same year, I obtained a scholarship to pursue a Master's degree in International Law at ESADE in Barcelona. By 2010, I began working as a lawyer in a local law firm in Barcelona, specializing in international law, drawing on my experience in both international and local legal systems. In 2016, I co-founded an international law firm based in Barcelona, providing legal services for expatriates. The firm focused on helping clients navigate complex legal matters across borders.
I also founded Legal 70, a network of solo practitioners. The goal of this network is to offer full legal services to clients globally, providing an alternative to traditional law firm structures. Its aim is to make international legal services more transparent, accessible, and affordable in 70 countries around the world. I believe in the vision of the Global Summers Foundation, supporting migrant entrepreneurs, as it compliments the mission of the Legal 70 network…making services transparent, accessible and affordable for all.
